Regarding Comment to DMs on Instagram:
My goal is that as soon as someone types "e-book" on any of my Instagram posts, they receive a message with the ebook link, and if they type "course," they receive a different link for the course.
This is what I need from this function. Can I do this with what is included in the LTD plan?
I ask this because I understand there are more automation flow features of DMs that are not part of the offer, and I wanted to understand what is included and what is not.

May 13, 2026A: Hi there! Yes, this is possible with the LTD Tier 1-3! You can send out links from keywords.
Only DM-Triggered automations (Story replies, Story Mentions, Incoming DMs) can only be automated with the DM automation builder.
But also in the DM automation builder you can ask for an email, check if the user is a follower and do so much more. In the simple Comment -> DM workflow this is not available (you can only send a link there).

You can add it for 390€ to your existing Tier 3 subscription. It is billed extra, as this Lifetime Deal is tiered to our monthly Lite plan & this feature is only included in our Pro Plans and above.

And really, this automation I mentioned (post comment > dm with link) is exactly what I need at the moment, and unlike the comment from the other user, I fully understand that you need to offer a package that is feasible for you as a company.
