A: 1. You can check whether someone follows you or not with a step within the automation but we can't get notifications from facebook api after they've followed you because facebook doesn't give us access to this in the API (they only gave manychat), so it's not possible for us to know when they have followed you, you will have to run the automation step again to check.
I'm wondering about the account limits – specifically:

Are these limits one-time ( = once I reach them, I'm done)? Or do they reset monthly ( = I can create, say 500 new automations every month, while also running my old automations in tier 5)? Or are these limits referring to active team members / automations / etc., that I can...

Thanks for the question.
Messages that are sent to users are messages that you've entered when you were creating the automation, you can write the messages in any language you want, just like how Manychat works.
If you're using the AI response step, you can give the AI extra instructions to respond in a new language.

A: I'm not sure I understand the question, you mean to automate from another user's instagram account? If that's the question, then no, unless they give you access to connect their instagram account, or you invite them to your ReplySync account and they can connect their own instagram account
