Are branching or filter possible in automations . Like for a training coach . If someone ask for fighting than send url 1 if ask for football send url 2 ….

Hi
any reason why BYOK is only available at tier 5!?
Can you at least consider it also at tier 3 or 4!?
Also how save is this tool any risk to get the account suspended? As you’re not an official partner what risk do we have ? Thank you

Q: Follower, Facebook, Tiktok & Lead Scrapping

Hope you are well. Nice Tool.

1) in the automation can i reply to DM and make them follow me and Only if they follow then replysync share the details they requested
2) Hopefully when are you targeting Facebook, facebook messenger & Tiktok integrations?? And will they be part of the plans sumolings buy now??
3) Other than exporting and puting them in your CRM is there another way like using zapier

A: 1. You can check whether someone follows you or not with a step within the automation but we can't get notifications from facebook api after they've followed you because facebook doesn't give us access to this in the API (they only gave manychat), so it's not possible for us to know when they have followed you, you will have to run the automation step again to check.

Q: Account limits and extension opportunities?

I'm wondering about the account limits – specifically:

• Activated contacts
• Automations
• Team members
• Custom forms

Are these limits one-time ( = once I reach them, I'm done)? Or do they reset monthly ( = I can create, say 500 new automations every month, while also running my old automations in tier 5)? Or are these limits referring to active team members / automations / etc., that I can...

Here’s how the limits work:

- Activated contacts are contacts that you message via an automation. These cannot be deleted, but the activated contact limit resets every month, so you get a fresh allowance monthly.
