No support - returning my codes
Posted this before but it was declined under the then guidelines. Now that the guidelines have changed to be able to highlight support issues, I am reposting. Glad for the new rules.

Sign up was easy and I was able to connect all my accounts except 1. I tried contacting support. There is a bot who didn't understand my question and no way to contact a real person.
I placed a question on the AppSumo page asking how to contact support. After a week, it hasn't been answered. Bugs are fine when there is great support. When there's no support, I run.

This is a very mature app. I was able to setup my first dashboard within minutes after purchase. The user interface is clean and simple and the onboarding excellent. The reports are beautiful. Has many integrations that I can use for reporting for my client's. I plan to intergrade this into my client portal where I can have a live link to their report that they can check anytime. I only wish there was an integrations with SerpWatch so that I could include their search rankings in the reports. Overall I am very happy and glad I was able to get this before it was gone.

Managing information is quite complex. I believe none of us like the idea of someone else having access to our data, especially without our consent. The platform is good, but acquiring multiple codes doesn’t seem like an advantage to me. This is because we cannot provide clients with a panel to access their information privately. Can you imagine that? Moreover, having a client share all their access credentials, especially if they are a new client, is quite complicated, if not impossible. Therefore, I suggest purchasing just one credit for your business accounts and that’s it.
To be clear: if you send access to the client to configure their accounts, they can see the information of other clients. That definitely means three fewer tacos without guacamole.

Not sure it was worth the cost
Bought the kraken deal in Nov 2023, still have yet to receive my bonus credits as I should have 6 bonus ones, they were supposed to provide Jan 2024, and here I am in April reaching out multiple times sending them my distribution twice and then nothing.
Also across all 3 platforms Dibz, Reportz, Base, no emails about any updates improvements etc. Since starting, I requested an integration to report but nothing yet.
Not sure this one is as active in development as they promoted and seems to be what it is and that's how it will stay.
