Q: Hey there, just wanted to give an AppSumo pricing suggestion that I think will help you get upgrades or more sales.
I bought the 1st Tier as 5 members is more than enough, but I would definitely upgrade for more records. Either way I'm happy with the purchase, just thought I'd mention it. More records per additional Tier would entice people to get bigger licenses.
Thank you for your great suggestion! We will provide add-ons so you can create more records. We have a few surprises about these. I think these will help you. 😊

Spreadsimple is a no-code website builder. It helps you convert your Google Sheets into websites.
Retable, however, helps you organize all your data, collaborate on your data, and create intelligent data views with your data, without the need for Google Sheets or any other data management tool. Retable offers you a good data management environment by combining the flexibility of spreadsheets with the capabilities of databases. It also allows you to create small business applications with your data.
Spreadsimple is a good option for those who want to create a website without learning how to code. Retable is a good option for those who want to manage data with a single platform and collaborate on data securely.
SUPPORT - is there any? Have a list of questions waiting via the "support feature" in the table dashboard. These queries are unfortunately -pooled- (rather than one thread to follow through for each issue) so it is one endless line of queries. Meaning when someone does answer they pick the last out of a line of queries over the few days between responses. Which renders that system - Useless for support.
The answer given last is the kicker for us. ADA issues are not insignificant so Join Discord and ask our great big community for help is in no way practical or a business option.
Please advise as we would really like to use and support you but without actual business support it leaves everyone out in the -neterhlands- as far as operating in an instant business world.

In addition, we are working on a forum so that our community members can ask their questions in a more organized way and everyone can follow all questions and answers.
Not sure I am conveying a clear query: - In the dashboard - there is a support chat, (the endless line of communication that so far has provided one answer to many questions) - no use to a business waiting to use. - A Feedback tab with no option for bug or - no response so far. * Can you advise what email for support?
I get why you have a community, but as a business we would be seeking support and not looking to join a separate community to trawl through hoping to find a way or another user that can help to use.
Q: What do you mean with "records"?
Is that a row in a table? Because I see in the Appsumo plan description it says "50,000 records per table". Thank you.
i mean i want bulk select rows or column , but i dont know how, i try some keyboard like CTRL, Shift but not work
Q: Hi Guys,
Been looking for tools to help clients with their data capturing and analysing.
Been looking at Airtable until I found Retable. Just a couple of questions.
1- Does the form have the capability of logic questions and reference-related table data? ie If a selection is made, open up other questions etc. also if a location is selected in the form, all the relevant data from that location can be pre-filled from the table?
2- Can the table data integrate with dashboarding tools like Google Data Studio or PowerBI? As this is most important for the data we will be capturing.
3- Does the automation trigger work based on conditions? ie if new record is created and "value" is > 100, then send email to .....
4. Are any output options via the platform or other integrations? ie if an incident report is logged into system, create a pdf form of the information submitted. (Currently using cognito forms for the method)
It's nice to see you there. 😊 Let me help you with your questions.
1) Since Retable's online forms are created from the columns in your spreadsheets, conditional questions are not allowed now, but with the help of the "if function" we will add to our online forms, it will be possible to ask conditional questions. I'm not sure I understand the question you want to ask about the locations, but if a location is selected in the form, the full address of this location will be automatically answered. However, if you have saved another location-related data in a different Retable table and you want this data to appear in your table when the relevant location is selected, it is possible to do this with our reference & lookup columns. But I think I can answer this question better if we can talk about the exact case. 😊
2) Retable has integrations with Zapier and Make.com. It's also possible to use our API to integrate Retable with other tools.
Check these related links; 📌 Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/discord/integrations/retable 📌 Make.com: https://www.make.com/en/integrations/retable 📌 API:https://docs.retable.io/retable-user-guide/retable-api/api
3) Yes! Our automation trigger can work based on conditions. 4) Retable allows you to export your data as CSV without any integration but we're also working on other exporting options like PDF.
I work in the security industry and want to collate all incidents out in the field from security officers. Which will create a master table of data, and they will submit a form to collate the data into the table. My questions were around the efficiency in completing the incident form.
There will be 2 tables - 1= Locations information (will have lots of fields relating to that location) 2 = incidents from locations (Relationship with table 1) (all the fields relating to any incidents)
a) When form is completed I presume that the user only has to select the location name and the look up can complete all the relevant data for that location rather than completing every field each time. (Address, manager, location type etc...)
b) If logic on questions like airtable is if the question for the incident table is a drop down with various type of incident, there maybe other fields to complete as a result of this selection so these would appear. If not just move onto the next question on the form.
The PDF would be useful as clients would like an "Incident form" pdf on certain record types. Any integrations you are aware of in mean time?
I am answering the second step of your questions here. 🙌🏻
You will create 2 tables and 1 form directly connected to one of these tables. 👉🏻 Table 1) Locations: Includes all info about locations 👉🏻 Table 2) Incidents from locations: This table will include all form responses sent via the form.
You should create a "Reference column" in your Table 2 and give reference to Table 1 (locations table), and you should select the "location name" column to give reference. Then, when you create the form, when the location is selected for the "Location Name" question, all information about the relevant location will be automatically reflected in the table (Table 2) where the form responses are located. To achieve this, it will be sufficient to add Look-up for the information you want to see in Table 2.
📌 I have recorded a quick video for you with some dummy data. Hope it helps! https://clipchamp.com/watch/Zje41heWyD0

During the creation of my first tables, it also seemed to be a bit buggy. Is the product really production or a beta? I've used Google Chrome and during the creation a couple of times my columns were gone or data switched between columns and got lost. That is really horrible, when I imagine using it for essential data.
Some of those bugs occurred sporadic, but the column creation bug is reproducible.
For example: It is not possible to create a batch of columns, the system forces to create or change each column one by one and save after each edit / creation. Because it will lose the columns if you do not, but there is no warning when hit "Add column".
We have already discussed this on discord and online chat. I think we have stated the things we can improve and added your findings to our improvement list.
The make.com, they are not approving our releases for more than 20 days. We are still waiting them to approve our submitted version.
Right now I am using Airtable for a ton of stuff, and use a third party provider (Miniextensions) to create forms that allow external users to update their records.
Is there a comparable feature built into Retable that would pass an external user a form with data from the table that can be updated? Basically a prepopulated form with existing data that can be edited? Or are the forms only for gathering new data?
Q: Hi there,
I'd like to get your input on a personal case use for this product as I think it'll suit my needs, but I'm unsure.
Here it is:
I have a cleaning company and I'm looking for an affordable CRM and team management system that gives me the freedom to build it the way I want.
I'd be recording clients' personal data and their job's details. I'd also need to match and assign those jobs with my team. Then I have a few questions:
1 - Would the app generate reports based on what I build? Like team member performance, number of jobs, monthly revenue, etc?
2 - Does it integrate with my calendar? And can I integrate it with my team's calendar too? Like when I book a client, having that appointment showing automatically on their calendar.
3 - Does it have a mobile app for me and my team manage things on the go? If not, any idea of when it's coming?
4 - What does "table" mean? In my case, would that be the number of clients I could record? And how to get more of that? And how much does it cost?
5 - Hoe does the notification work? Email, SMS... What is it?
Retable is a tool that does many things including data visibility, granual data sharing, mini CRMs, asset management systems, data collections using forms.
But, it is not a real CRM that costs you thousands of USDs.

Table means the data, you can have as many table as you want with a total limit of 50k records per project. Projects are thr groups of tables.
The notifications are emails only but you can use other integration tools after we released the webhooks.
Q: Hi,
seems like my previous question has been deleted.
I would like to know how you handle data security questions. On your website there is no cookie consent solution implemented, although cookies seem to be set, which doesn´t shed a good light on how serious you are about data protection regulations. What are you´re plans about GDPR compliance?
We are working hard to update our cookie consent policy but if you read our terms of service and privacy policy you consent these by signing up our services.
GDPR is our top priority in the list and we have been on SOC2 certification and ISO 27002 certification process.
And also your questions is not deleted. It is just under review.
Hi Melih, thanks for clarification. Good to see that you are serious about these things. I personally think that data protection might be more useful at other places than my cookie usage, but as soon as I implement external services on my webpage, I have to be compliant. Regarding my note about the deletion, my question first was labelled as under review but later it simply disappeared in my view of the questions. That´s why I initially thought that it has been deleted by Appsumo.
Q: Is it possible to make a dropdown field that dynamically changes the options of another dropdown field based on user selection?
For example, If I choose the Social Media Networks topic, the Subtopic field will show options such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Q: Hi, seems like my previous question has been deleted.
I would like to know how you handle data security questions. On your website there is no cookie consent solution implemented, although cookies seem to be set, which doesn´t shed a good light on how serious you are about data protection regulations. What are you´re plans about GDPR compliance?

May 14, 2024A: Hello cameyer.
We are working hard to update our cookie consent policy but if you read our terms of service and privacy policy you consent these by signing up our services.
GDPR is our top priority in the list and we have been on SOC2 certification and ISO 27002 certification process.
And also your questions is not deleted. It is just under review.

Hi Melih,
thanks for clarification.
