Update: Nothing is working yet. No SAAS nor Chrome. Note that i am having 100dollar Codex Subscription plan and its not connecting. Google drive connection also not working. And also no reply to my email which I send for support.

I purchased tier 3 and activated it and plan details are coming correct. But when i start working with the software its showing the credits cannot be pulled and showing 0 credits. The same with chrome extension, it keeps logging out and once loggedin same issue of not able to work in it due to credits not pulled in properly. Also tried logging into the Openai OAuth Byok but it gets connected and gets disconnected immediately. I contacted the Support team and no response for the past 3 days. During the appsumo deal support is like this, I am imagining how the support would be after the deal. Not able to work on it even once properly, garbage and worst support. Not at all recommended.

So web scrapers or tools that will get information from the web, not my favourite category because I'm always just worried about quality, but I have to say Retriever has been amazing. I'm using it again on a surface level. I'm just scratching the possibilities here. But what I have used it for is to gather a list of prospects or leads that I can then reach out to on LinkedIn.

Now, what I found is that it goes out, it finds the leads, it puts them into a spreadsheet for me, or I can copy them into a spreadsheet, and then I can go off and I can start to prospect to those leads. So it's saving me a lot of time. I mean, I now have about three, 400 leads and it hasn't used up that many credits. And it's very clever because it shows you the thought process it goes through. Sometimes I type in, for example, you'll see HR manager and it'll think human resources and look for different titles.

I've used everything on the cloud because I don't want the extension using my LinkedIn account. So that limits maybe some of the items that I can get. I don't go for AI automation on LinkedIn, but I find it really useful. I'm excited to see what else it can do.

I recently upgraded from Tier 2 to Tier 3, and the performance boost has been phenomenal. The speed, accuracy, and overall workflow efficiency make it an indispensable tool for my daily operations.
The only area that could use improvement is the custom proxy setup. The interface for configuring your own proxy is quite confusing and lacks clear guidance. Streamlining that section would make the user experience truly seamless.

I love retriever. It works perfectly and I'm able to use the leads for outreach campaigns. The data it brings back is real data that works for email/phone. Some missing, but that is expected.

Finally a tool that creates a custom scrapper on any website page, very very useful indeed. Hats off to the team for getting on a call with me and answering my support inquiries in a timely manner.

Aside from just being a general powerful tool, I love that you can use retriever from from the browser extension for when you come across a web page you want to scrape, extract data, enrich, and pass onto a Google sheet impromptu.

It's made possible (and much easier) ideas I have wanted to implement into my business for some time. I am very excited to use this and explore integrations more. Wishing the best for Retriever.

And I haven't even explored Rover yet!!!!
