Q: Can I buy X accounts beyond Tier 4's 10, and do they include analytics and inbox or posting only?
Hi Shaher,
I'm planning to run a social media agency, and my clients are exclusively on X (Twitter) — so the X limit is the deciding factor for me, not the 200 social profiles.
1. Tier 4 includes 10 X accounts. Can I purchase additional X accounts on top of that, and if so, what does it cost? Is that a one-time add-on or recurring?
2. Is there an upper limit on how many X accounts one workspace can hold?
3. Do the X accounts get the full feature set (analytics, PDF reports, Community Inbox, MCP/API actions), or is X publishing/scheduling only?
4. Since X moved to pay-per-use API pricing: is the X API relationship fully on your side, or could I eventually need my own X developer account, API credits, or BYOK for X? Any per-account read/post limits I should plan around?
Thanks!

Sep 5, 2026A: Hi,
Yes, X is a bit different from the other networks because of the API costs involved.
Because X's API is extremely expensive, we have limits on the number of X accounts included with each plan, and Tier 4 currently includes up to 10 X accounts.
For agencies that need more than that, we can look at a custom setup based on your needs rather than simply applying the standard plan limits.
Just email us at [email protected] with roughly how many X accounts you need, and we’ll be happy to work something out for you.
As for the X features, the accounts are supported within RobinReach rather than being publishing-only accounts.
And you won't need to bring your own X API account or API credits, we handle the API side.
