Q: MCP and uploading files
Can I tell Claude through the MCP to schedule a video that’s in my computer and the video will upload to the post without having to upload it to a public link somewhere first?
Also can Codex create an image and upload it to RobinReach to schedule to Pinterest without needing to upload it somewhere else to get a public URL first?
I don’t want to have to manually upload the files myself to the media library.
What options/fields are available to customize for YouTube? Your help documentation just shows title and notes tag. There are so many other fields I would need to fill in.
For Wordpress can it fill in SEO info for Rank Math and add HTML block for GEO
Thank you!!

Sep 6, 2026A: Hi,
Great questions!
We’ve just added support for ChatGPT/Codex-generated images to be uploaded directly to RobinReach, so you can now have Codex generate the image and pass it into RobinReach for scheduling without manually uploading it to the Media Library or hosting it somewhere else.
We’re also looking into adding the same support for Claude.
For local videos, there is still a limitation with passing a file directly from your computer through MCP — that currently needs to be accessible via a URL.
For YouTube, MCP supports quite a few options, including:
* Title
* Custom content/description
* Privacy: public, unlisted, or private
* Tags
* First comment
* Subscriber notifications
* Adding the video to playlists
For WordPress, MCP supports:
* Title and content
* Follow-up comment
* Category IDs
* Existing tag IDs
* Creating new tags automatically
So there’s already quite a bit you can control through MCP for both platforms.
Thanks for the detailed questions!
