I have tested and used many software platforms, and one of the biggest challenges is finding a company that truly supports its customers. RobinReach stands out because of the quality and responsiveness of its support.

The foundation is very good and the project is ambitious, but it still has too many loose ends.

Here are some of the issues I've encountered since I started testing the tool a couple of days ago (more will surely appear as I test more features).

- The main problem is their support. I suspect they've had more sales than expected, and their support system isn't equipped to handle the demand.

* They don't answer emails you send them. I ran several tests and can confirm this firsthand.

* Their chat support also leaves much to be desired: instead of setting up their own ticket or chat support system, they use tawk.to (I imagine it's a free or low-cost version) which can't translate the chat directly into different languages, etc.

* Chat messages are closed without resolving anything, leaving you with the conversation unfinished and unable to resume it. You have to open a new one and explain everything again.

- Some social networks aren't added correctly, like YouTube. Even though the app says it's been added, it isn't.

- Another serious problem is with languages. Every time you click on a post in the calendar to open and edit it, the account language reverts to English, disregarding your previous selection.

- Threads limits posts to 500 characters and doesn't have the option to have AI rewrite them within that limit, unlike Twitter and BluSky. The "Generate with AI" button to adapt text to the character limit doesn't work correctly because it doesn't take hashtags into account and generates errors.

- There's no way to create your own list of labels to select in posts. You have to manually enter them in each post.

- Its API only provides a 14-day scheduling calendar, so you can't use other tools to schedule at least the entire month.

I have just started tinkering around with the tool. our use case will mainly focus on APi usage and working with clients. This tool offers more then well known expensive services like Kontentino, blotato,... ( we have tested over 15 tools in the past 3 years)
The API Is great and better then mentioned tools. Its all in the details. One of the hassles we had to go trough in the past was connecting instagram accounts via direct login. not a lot of tools have the connect with business account, and this tool has! its a no brainer if you are working with different clients and do not want to pay 5k a year for overpiced tools like we did in the past! Congrats developers. This looks promising, i'm looking forward how the capabilities of the API will continue in the future!

So far, I've purchased four or five different social media apps from AppSumo, and after my experiences with the others, I bought this one with pretty low expectations.

I was pleasantly surprised.

It was by far the easiest social media app to set up. Connecting my social accounts only took a couple of minutes, and integrating it with Claude AI was just as simple.

The user interface is excellent, intuitive, and easy to learn. It also comes with a great tutorial that made getting started even easier.

My only regret is that they don't offer a larger package. If there were a Tier 5 or Tier 6, I'd happily upgrade beyond Tier 4.
