Hi there, can it be used to test an app or SaaS with multiple preset sequences?

A: Hello Lee,

It can be used, but it would be stretching the typical use case of RPA. RPA is designed to automate manual, repetitive tasks, usually involving multiple digital systems such as data entry, data collection, and report generation.

Testing systems, on the other hand, are built specifically for validating outputs and typically produce structured results for each test case, such as pass...

Q: Use Case Question Download/Upload Videos

Hi! I'm on the fence about buying your tool. I'd like to understand if my use case could work. Can Robomotion: 1) Log in to my Riverside.com account, 2) Open a specific video file, 3) Do a few "standard" editing clicks for that video file, 4) Export the video, 5) Navigate to the export tab, 6) Download the file from there, 7) Upload it to another tool, 8) Fetch the URL of that video on the other tool?

A: Hi,

Yes, it seems achievable.

Robomotion can automate full web flows: logging into Riverside, opening a video, performing standard editing steps (this may require some clarification), exporting, downloading, uploading to another platform, and retrieving the final URL.

The main consideration is how the editor works. If it is a typical web interface with buttons and menus, it is relatively...

A: Hi,

This is not currently supported, but it’s a great idea.

We do have Ollama integration within flows, but not yet in the AI Assistant.

Since this is a relatively new feature, we can definitely consider adding support for it as well. We are also getting requests to add Straico support, so we can add both.

Both noted and added to our todo.

Best,

Q: How do License Tiers equate or compare to standard pricing Bronze, Silver and Gold?

Appsumo deals list Users, Production Robots, Application Robots, Flows, Robot Scheduling intervals, Cloud execution hours (all zero till Tier 5).
Website pricing lists daily credits that refresh daily, credits per month, concurrent agent runs and storage space.
The Appsumo tiers don't even sound like the same service package.
Please clarify

A: Hi,

The Bronze, Silver, and Gold plans are designed for end users who can only use prebuilt agents in the Agent Store. They do not include access to the Flow Designer or Admin Console, so you cannot develop anything. You can only use what is available in the Agent Store, which is currently quite limited.

This deal provides access to the Developer plan, along with a defined number of...

Q: Amazon FBA and Keepa

Hi, I'm an Amazon FBA seller and have to source for products daily. I pull up an excel sheet of products and then I check Keepa (chrome extension) to check if it's profitable. I click on a button Keepa and it will search Google for that product. I take that price and plug it in to Keepa to see if it's profitable. Sometimes I'll have Gemini find the pricing and it's accurate for the most part. Can I automate this with Robomotion? It's extremely repetitive.

A: Hello Angie,

Yes, this should definitely be possible to automate. Working with an Excel sheet and using Gemini is the easier part.

The main challenge is the Chrome extension. Browser extensions can be trickier to automate because they are not exactly standard web pages or desktop applications, but something in between. That said, they can still be automated, just not as straightforward as...
