I liked it when it used to be on YT. why switch it to WN?

Also the GDPR and privacy and asking for a signup again in the browser are a real concern. Altho I stacked the deal I may cancel it if such concerns are skirted

considering there is no cookie consent: Where is your company located/registered?
2. Where can i read about how you treat SafeHarbour and GDPR?
3. Number 2 is even more relevant as I read in your terms about I, the customer am liable to ensure that my customers comply to your „generously“ crafted usage of any data from (and my customers)

I LOVE your offer but to be honest: Being located in europe I fear to face hundreds of lawsuits just from your terms as none of my customers feel being protected at least by the minimum requirements (related to law and regulations).

I hope you can explain or refer to your public safe harbour agreement and GDPR commitment - and explain how this fits to your terms.

That is a hard question to answer! We are based in Hong Kong, so we don't ask for cookies concent.

Our product does follow GDPR compliance requirements and allows you to remain compliant, as long you use it correctly (ask for cookies concent, etc.)

We take data privacy and security very seriously, and we have dedicated pages where you can find more in detail our operation standards:

But please remember that when you receive a message through an app (like Line or Wechat) they also might store your customers' chat/data, and we can't guarantee their privacy standards.

Quiriobot is a bot builder.

Rocketbots is a CRM for messaging app business accounts with some chat automation features.

You can export your contact data, but once you delete the contact from Rocketbots you won't be able to message or broadcast to them until they message you again.

Unfortunately, this is a limitation that has been created by Facebook, LINE, WeChat and our other channel partners.

Q: As many of us already use Mobile Monkey for messenger chat blasting (and drip campaigns and other stuff), ...

could we also use RocketBots, but just for customer chat conversations and contacts creation?

Going further, can RocketBots be used in conjunction with messenger tools like MobileMonkey/ManyChat/ChatFuel?

And how about ActiveChat (for Woocommerce related support), can we use both tools together?

There is no technical limitation to connecting all those tools to a single Facebook page.

But it will be up to you to ensure that the automation you set up in individual tools don't conflict with each other in terms of user experience

The AppSumo deal includes unlimited spaces. Each space has its own channels, surveys, automation and users. You can use one of these for each brand.

The contacts you get from the deal will be shared across all those spaces.

Q: Following on from DV’s post below and others on GDPR: Hi Gerardo, I have posted previously on GDPR ...

following another Sumo’s raising it, but it was ignored.
I have spent two hours reading through and I am sorry to say you are not GDPR compliant. Which is a real shame this is a fine app and I would love to use it.

As a model of a great GDPR policy and a site operating similarly in tracking and using customer data please look at HotJar https://www.hotjar.com/legal for their GDPR and Opt-out policy.

I feel you are trying to obfuscate on GDPR which I don’t understand why would you feel the need to do so.

Can we please have a frank and open discussion on how you are GDPR compliant, compliant with EU data law, if you don’t intend to be please state as much. If you do please indicate when you will be.

In May 2018 when the GPDR came into effect we updated our privacy policy and modus operandi to meet the requirements (as far as we could understand from them without hiring external consultants).

If you would like to understand any specifics on how we create, store, and dispose of data, I will be happy to guide you through the process.

A: Sorry, we don't integrate with Activechat.

Facebook doesn't allow connecting to personal profiles, just Facebook pages. Anyone who chats to your Facebook page can be your CRM contact.

Q: Hello, 1.

Will you continue updating the Website Widget? The screenshot on your help doc shows a very basic chat box, nowhere to add attachment or feedback survey/collect emails.
2. You mention a white label option to some other questions. Is this the same as No Rocketbot logo in the chat widget? It seems you are planning this for a reseller tier? Do you have any ideas how this will work for Sumolings wanting no branding? Do we lose our lifetime access?
3. Are contacts separate by Spaces? i.e. I manage several FB pages. I don't want the contacts to all go into one list with no way to tell who is which company's customers..

We'll continue updating our Web Widget in response to our feature requests. Attachments are on our to do but you can already create a survey to collect emails using automation you set up in the platform.

We've updated our Web Chat to have removable branding since the deal started.

The White Label Reseller Package is not part of the deal, however, you can use or Web Chat without branding.

Yes, each space has it's own channels connected so you can separate your channels by brand or similar.
