Q: Problems with the translation into Spanish

I bought tier 3, but I have a lot of problems with Spanish. And support did not answer the last questions I shared here below.
Can you tell me when these problems will be definitively solved? --- 1. I have the APP set to Spanish as the default language, but the emails always arrive in English. see image https://imgur.com/YJGUD5w Is there a way to translate the emails as well?
2. I have the APP set to Spanish as the default language, there is content that is not translated, such as this example from Brain Tracy (see image https://imgur.com/msbw4Fm
3. Is there a way to translate all content into the default language? These images https://imgur.com/uybCmYs are a clear example that the APP is failing in Spanish

Q: Can you explain the feature differences between Tiers 3 & 4?
I'm having trouble understanding what a Coach Panel and Creator Tool and Monthly Self Assessments are. I understand about upping the number of users @$10/mo but I can't figure out if I need Tier 4 if I want to have separate groups in different 'courses'. Thanks!
The most important difference is the number of 25 or 50 life time coachees plus the number of coaches/admin that come on top.
However, once you scale later and bring larger user numbers into your white label, more important will be the upping up of users. You will in this case have no disadvantages with Tier 3 vs Tier 4.
Coach Panel has access to the coachees, you can create...
Right - But what exactly is a Coach Panel and a Creator Tool. Do they represent distinct groups of users, specific packages. I understand the number of users, just not what the different numbers of these elements represent
In the white label business version of Rocky.ai you can create own coaching programs and even have your white label webapp version for your own brand. These features are the "Creator Tool". You can have multiple admins working with you and managing your brand and the coaching content with multiple content categories. But you will have only one brand per Tier3/4
