Q: Do I really Have To Manually Publish the Posts?
Am I doing something wrong? I have set up the plug in, but it is making me manually "fetch" each post and then publish them - two steps. So is there another configuration step I need to do, because I can't find it in Roundups or WordPress? Because of this, I had several "eco-friendly" promotions that sat waiting to be "fetched" instead of publishing on Earth Day like I thought was happening. So...

A: We'll look into this and see if it’s possible to auto fetch them on a regular basis. The content is created through our web app, so you can push them to WordPress from our web app, or using the plugin you can fetch them, but we may be able to remove the added step of actually fetching them.
I bought this LTD a while back on Tier 1, If I buy Tier 2, do I get the credits of Tier 1 plus the credits of Tier 2 or do I just get the Tier 2 credits?

A: No, just the Tier 2 credits. You'd be switching plans, not maintaining two plans.
ok. I would think that I would get either an upgrade price or you would add my tier 1 credits to my tier 2 credits so I don't loose my original purchase.
Under Deal Terms and conditions it states "Previous AppSumo Plus customers who purchased Roundups can upgrade their license to increase their feature limits."
Exactly. "Upgrade" means you have a license to a tier that provides a certain number of credits and features, and when you upgrade you increase the number of credits and features. Feel free to contact Appsumo support for further clarification.
Q: What are the limits as far as health food comparisons?
Do I have this correct? I can use this on any webpage or only the the big 5? I want to review and compare health food products that are for sale.
Maybe once a week take about 60 products worldwide on various platforms and compare the differences all in English first and then Japanese second with maybe a tier 1... is that possible?
WHat parts are not possible and what do I need to do or time to wait before that can happen? Or what can I do differently?
Please advise. TY

A: You can compare up to 50 health products at a time, it's real time... Takes 3-5 minutes. But the limit on the number of products you can use in a Roundup is limited by tier. 50 is only on the top tier. 25 on Tier 2. Can be in English and/or Japanese
A: We could potentially add that as a feature, but we also offer an unlimited plan so you don't even have to incur that cost from a LLM. BYOK is standard, but you're still paying extra to another provider for that. It's all bundled in here.
Most users are not comparing 50 products in a single blog. Typically readers/audiences want a Top 10, or Top 25. There is no SEO advantage to having 50 in a single blog, and too many choices for consumers just leads to abandonment.
No one replies to support emails, and it is not possible to create any Roundups. They all time out.

A: Hi sorry... Of course, it's supported. Will respond through email. We see it's timing out when people generate Roundups with 50 products. Will be solved today!
