A: Yes, emails that are being sent from a particular email address are always spaced out according to the settings you choose.
You can send virtually unlimited emails per day per email mailbox, but we recommend not to send more than 30 to 50 for the purposes of cold emails, because otherwise your domain gets burned and you are marked as spam on most inboxes where you get delivered.
