Q: Can you please add SMTP with CNAME or Custom Domain?

Hi Shariful,
I have purchased the Pro Plan and haven't had a chance to use it yet, but I'm planning to test it today. While going through the documentation, I realized that CNAME or custom domain is on its way but hasn't been set up yet. However, I think SMTP is even more important, at least for me.

If customers receive emails from a domain they don't recognize, it will often get ignored or go to junk mail. Since I deal with young students and parents, having SMTP would mean a lot to me and, I expect, to many users.

If you could add SMTP to the platform, specifically to the ProPlan, it would be greatly appreciated. As you know, it's relatively easy to add and would go a long way. We would be adding our own email providers to send out emails; you just need to enable the functionality. Please consider this seriously.
Thank you.

A: Hi Sye,

Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. This is actually a very valid point, especially for education, onboarding, and client-facing workflows where email trust and deliverability matter a lot.

Currently, Sayify already supports sending emails using your own verified email addresses or verified domains. Once a domain or email is verified inside the platform, emails can be sent using your own branding/domain identity instead of generic platform addresses.

Custom domains/CNAME support for hosted experiences is also on the roadmap and coming very soon.

We are also continuing to improve the overall email infrastructure, deliverability, and branding experience based on user feedback during launch.

Your use case around students and parents makes complete sense, and we really appreciate you taking the time to explain it in detail.

Thank you for the super fast response. Where do I go to verify my domain? I never knew that feature existed. So, based on your email response, I'm assuming once you verify our domain, you'd be sending emails using our domain, almost like sending as a type of email. No SMTP details need to be added. Is that what you are saying? I would have thought having SMTP details would be in your advantage!
