Q: Questions About Long-Term Sustainability & Infrastructure
Salama Bangla Bhai Eid Mubarak, I’m seriously considering using Sayify long term for agency/client work and multilingual content localization. Before buying, I’d love to understand a few important things more deeply. What makes the platform sustainable long term considering the high GPU and AI API costs involved in dubbing and voice generation? Are you using mostly proprietary technology or relying on third-party providers like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Azure, or others? If external API costs increase in the future, how would that affect LTD users? Also, are there any hidden fair-usage limits beyond the listed credits? I’d also love to know how scalable your infrastructure currently is and whether it can handle large agency workloads without slow rendering queues or performance issues.

May 27, 2026A: Hi saifahmed78,
Walaikum Assalam Bhai, Eid Mubarak, and thank you for the thoughtful question.
Sayify is built as a long-term AI intake and workflow platform, not a heavy GPU-based dubbing or voice generation tool. Our focus is on collecting responses through voice, video, files, screen recordings, and forms, then turning them into structured cases, AI insights, tasks, alerts, routing, and follow-up workflows.
We use a hybrid AI approach: Sayify’s core product experience, workflows, case management, templates, and integrations are managed within our platform, while AI processing uses a mix of trusted AI providers and our hosted models depending on the task, reliability, cost, and performance needs.
There are no hidden fair-use limits beyond the listed plan limits/credits. LTD users will keep the limits included in their purchased tier. For very high-volume agency usage, additional response/credit packs or higher usage options may be needed.
From an infrastructure side, Sayify is designed on a cloud-native, elastic architecture that can automatically scale processing capacity based on demand. This helps us support growing workloads while keeping submissions, AI processing, and case workflows reliable.
Hope this clarifies.
