Q: Safari iOS
In the FAQs it is mentioned that Safari on iOS is only partially supported. Can you please explain why? Is there a browser redirect or prompt shown to Safari iOS users suggesting they switch to Chrome for iOS? Thanks.

Great question. The "partially supported" note is mainly because iOS Safari has browser-level limitations around certain recording APIs, especially screen recording. Voice, text, file upload, and normal form completion work on mobile Safari, but advanced capture features like in-browser screen recording depend on APIs that iOS Safari does not fully expose.
We do not redirect Safari iOS users to Chrome for iOS. In most cases that would not help, because Chrome on iOS still uses Apple’s WebKit browser engine, so it has many of the same media/API limitations as Safari. If a feature is not available, Sayify shows an in-page permission/support message or fallback option rather than forcing a browser redirect.
For the best screen recording experience, desktop Chrome, Edge, or Firefox are recommended. For mobile respondents, the intended flow is usually voice, video, text, file upload, or screenshot upload depending on the form setup.
Thanks for asking. We'll also make the FAQ wording clearer so it explains which features are limited and why.
