Q: Uses and Marketplace
I have read through your blog, use cases and thank you for providing some thoughtful and comprehensive resources; feels here to stay. I can also envision the high appeal to "package" the details, context, sentiment and urgency for any business development.
However in offering a service, even with max tier I would need to increase "response amount" and pass the cost forward.
1.Can you share the cost for additional "responses" / packs, if available?
2.Can I purchase more workspaces (and manage them with user access)?
3.Can I create a custom workflow per form for individual clients?
4.Can you share greater details on Tier options below?
a. Outreach emails/month
b. Recipients/send
c.AI follow-up drafts/month
5. Is there a reason integrations dont match workspaces...reasonable to expect a separate workflow for each workspace?

Jun 22, 2026A: Hi magroup,
Thank you for the thoughtful question and for taking the time to explore Sayify in depth. You’re exactly right: Sayify is designed to help package context, sentiment, urgency, and next steps so service providers can use it across client workflows.
1. Additional responses / packs
Yes, additional response capacity can be added beyond the included monthly limits.
Current planned/add-on response packs are:
- 100 extra responses: $19
- 300 extra responses: $39
- 500 extra responses: $49
For larger or recurring volume needs, we can also arrange higher-capacity packs.
2. More workspaces and user access
Yes. Higher AppSumo tiers include more workspaces, up to 25 workspaces on Tier 6.
Workspaces are designed for separate clients, projects, departments, or brands. You can also manage team/user access per workspace.
3. Custom workflow per form/client
Yes. Each intake form can have its own questions, logic, branding, AI extraction fields, notifications, routing rules, and integrations.
That means you can create a separate workflow for each client or use case.
4. Tier details for the items mentioned
Here are the limits in list format:
Tier 1:
- Outreach emails/month: 50
- Recipients/send: 10
- AI follow-up drafts/month: 10
Tier 2:
- Outreach emails/month: 150
- Recipients/send: 25
- AI follow-up drafts/month: 30
Tier 3:
- Outreach emails/month: 275
- Recipients/send: 40
- AI follow-up drafts/month: 55
Tier 4:
- Outreach emails/month: 425
- Recipients/send: 60
- AI follow-up drafts/month: 85
Tier 5:
- Outreach emails/month: 600
- Recipients/send: 90
- AI follow-up drafts/month: 115
Tier 6:
- Outreach emails/month: 1,200
- Recipients/send: 200
- AI follow-up drafts/month: 225
Outreach emails are for sending form links/invitations from Sayify. Recipients/send is the maximum number of recipients in a single send. AI follow-up drafts are AI-generated follow-up suggestions/drafts based on submitted responses.
5. Integrations vs. workspaces
Great question. Workspaces and integrations are counted separately because not every workspace needs its own external destination, and integrations carry more operational cost than a workspace container.
That said, it is completely reasonable to run a separate workflow for each workspace or client. If each client needs separate Slack, Google Sheets, Zapier, or webhook destinations, then the active integration limit is the number to watch.
Active integrations by tier:
- Tier 1: 0
- Tier 2: 2
- Tier 3: 4
- Tier 4: 7
- Tier 5: 10
- Tier 6: 20
So yes, Sayify can support the agency/client-service model you’re describing. The main thing is matching the tier and response/add-on capacity to the volume you plan to resell or package for clients.
Finally, we’re very open to discussing specific business use cases and improving Sayify around real workflows. If you have a particular client-service model, marketplace workflow, or packaging idea in mind, we’d be happy to understand it and see how Sayify can be enhanced accordingly.

So your detailed response is appreciated; no follow up needed. If I read between the lines, there is wiggle room based on user case for addon or increased limits if the need/budget makes sense. I would only be T6 as I only see this getting better and your response time and articulation to my question provide the right confidence. TY
