A: On white label: White label is not available on the AppSumo LTD tiers including Tier 2 and Tier 3. We do have an Affiliate Partner Program though where you can earn recurring commissions by referring clients.

I would need the white label so i can protect my self from letting my clients know what software i use. Id like them to login from a portal branded on my domain so they can connect their LinkedIn profile and then I manage it for them.
But maybe, I could tell them to stop using their own profile and just use rented ones.
I am thinking of upgrade from Tier 2 to Tier 3 or refund it. Honestly. i run into several issues.
1. The templates are very generiek and it cost lots of time to adjust them in the native language. 2. The whatsapp is not included in the deal, and there is no add-on upgrade for Appsumo users. Only the option to go with a high subscription plan. No simple whatsapp addon. 3. the platform...

**When are credits charged:** Credits are consumed only on outreach actions. Every connection request, opening DM, and follow-up message = 1 credit each. Scraping leads from a post, building lead lists, and running previews do not consume any credits. AI conversation handling after a reply also does not consume additional credits.
