Q: Lifetime Deal Concerns: Credits, Limits, and Future Costs

Previously, you mentioned that one-time credits might be converted into monthly credits and that additional credits would cost $60 for 10,000. Is there any update on this?

My concern is that if lifetime users run out of credits and must keep buying more, the offer feels less like a lifetime deal and more like a recurring-cost product.

Could you clarify:

1. Will monthly credits be guaranteed for lifetime users?
2. Can credit allocations be reduced in the future?
3. Can the price of additional credits increase later?
4. What long-term commitment are you making regarding credits and usage for lifetime customers?

A clear answer would help build confidence in the long-term value of the deal.

A: Really appreciate you asking these directly, and happy to be fully transparent.

1. Will monthly credits be guaranteed for lifetime users?
No, credits are not a monthly guarantee. The LTD comes with a one-time bundle and top-ups are available when you need more reach.

2. Can credit allocations be reduced in the future?
No. Whatever credits came with your tier are yours and will not be reduced.

3. Can the price of additional credits increase later?
Honestly, pricing can change over time as infrastructure costs evolve. What we can commit to is that AppSumo buyers will always get preferential pricing over regular users, and we will give advance notice before any pricing changes.

4. Long-term commitment to lifetime customers:
LTD users are not an afterthought. You are the foundation this product was built on. Every major feature we ship, CRM, API, Signals, advanced automation, gets rolled out to LTD users first. The credit system exists to keep the platform sustainable so we can keep building and serving you at quality. A platform that runs out of money to operate serves no one. Our commitment is to keep delivering real value at the lowest possible cost, and $0.006 per reach-out is already the lowest in the market.
