I'm already a customer of Scribbbe and I like the product, but recently I've had some problems with credits not renewing. The Messenger support never worked for me, and it seems you guys are not replying to emails. Are you still planning on developing this system, or has it been abandoned and should I worry about finding a new vendor of transcription services? Thanks in advance!
If I occasionally want more hours of transcription in a month than my Scribbbe AS LTD plan, I can buy more credits from Scribbbe at 50% off the current RRP and they won't expire after one month? e.g. I buy an extra 10 hours for USD 60 (50% off RRP) and I will not lose any unused hours and they will not get used unless I run out of my monthly AS LTD plan's hours.
Q: I am thinking of using Scribbbe to automatically transcribe phone calls (yes, it's legal to record them here).
Currently, call recordings are emailed to us (Gmail) at the end of the call. I'd like to automatically get those call recordings into Scribbbe and have the transcript automatically output as a Google doc for later reference if necessary (just like the call recordings are only accessed for quality assurance, training or dispute resolution). Being able to link to a gDoc in the customer notes would be a huge bonus. We have a few regular speakers (our telesales people) and the other party on the call is almost always different (usually only a few calls required) so, can it learn to recognise our staff and automatically name them? Can it handle different (English language) accents within the same recording? We wouldn't need (or probably want) the recordings or transcripts to be stored outside of our business.
