Q: Today is day 60 since my purchase.

I have been giving Scribe time to resolve a design issue that makes their app not usable for me. Today I intended to refund the purchase, having given the app developer Scribe the maximum amount of time to resolve. When I tried to refund, I see the ability to do so has been removed from my account. Why?

Q: Hello I really like this product.

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to insert more than one phone number in my signature. I want to include my office number and mobile number. I don't see a way to do this.

Q: Hello Clement, Can you please explain the difference between this offering and the one back in January which I purchased.

Above it says the $69 license offers 5 Users and in post it says 1 License = 1 User, 1 Scribe account = 1 email provider. Can you please expand on this as I am somewhat confused. Thanks!!

It's the same except that we improved the product a lot since the last campaign :) That's why price has increased by 10$ :)
