Q: If I add a store user do they pay the 1% ?
If I have say 5 stores :
If I add someone, can they run their store , the whole lot ?
add their own payment providers, and they pay you the 1% fee ?
and can they buy their own tokens separate from any other stores ?
so completely independent from me ( as the ltd owner)
so he is effectively the store owner ?

Great question.
If you simply **add someone as a store user/team member**, they can help manage the store based on the permissions you give them. For example, they can manage products, orders, pages, settings, etc. But in this case, **you are still the store owner** and the store is still under your ownership.
So if you want them to be completely independent from you, the right way is to **transfer the store ownership** to them.
After ownership transfer, they effectively become the store owner. They can manage the store, connect their own payment providers, handle their own billing/fees, and use/buy their own AI credits or tokens separately from your other stores.
About the 1% fee: yes, the Selldone transaction fee applies to the storeās sales, but who is responsible for it depends on the store ownership/billing setup. If the store remains under you, it is still connected to your ownership. If you transfer the store to them, they become responsible for that store.
So in simple words:
If you add them as a user ā they can manage the store, but you remain the owner.
If you transfer ownership ā they become the real store owner and operate independently from you.

so a user can not add their own payment provider to receive funds from sales ?
I was hoping the ltd would be a shopping mall with 5 stores in it
and I add a user to a store ( that can be later revoked ) and they become responsible for it after they add their stripe account or whatever for paying any 1%commission and receiving their own payments.
The owner is responsible for anything. Because when it comes to paying Selldone fee, the store must Select a virtual wallet account in Selldone which is already selectable in OWNER main panel.

Do clients have the ability to run their own store, add payment gateways and pay fees, that we would redirect to Selldone without breaking white label?
Can clients be super mods or admins that control their stores without having complete, final ownership transferred to them? I was also thinking this could be like a mall with independent stores operating within it. Please let us know. Thanks
