HUGE DISAPOINTMENT

Two weeks and counting with complete silence from support. My account has been broken for half a month; messages and tickets are entirely ignored, and my credits are trapped. Absolutely zero accountability—stay away.

Got SCAMMED in daylight

So, this team is now offering a completely separate product called 'Nexscope' for creating the videos. Any new models are now being offered via that product. And surprise surprise, none of those updates or newer models are part of this SellerPic platform! So, YES, we are robbed and scammed. They cheated us, stopped and removed existing models, and prevented any newer model access.
Worst tool, worst team. And I am already in discussions with my attorney and other fellow sumolings on how to sue these Con Artists.

SellerPic Is Removing AI Models Instead of Adding New Ones

I purchased SellerPic as an AppSumo Lifetime Deal (LTD) user, expecting the platform to continue improving and expanding its AI capabilities over time.

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.

One of my biggest concerns is the AI video model selection. Instead of adding newer and more capable AI video models, SellerPic has actually removed several models that were previously available, including Kling 1.6 Pro, Kling 2.1 Pro.

This is the opposite direction I expected from an AI platform.

What makes this even more frustrating is that Hailuo 2.3 is listed in the interface, but it doesn't work properly. So we have models being removed while a newer model is displayed but apparently isn't functional.

I contacted SellerPic support about this, hoping to get an explanation. Instead of addressing my questions about the removed models or Hailuo 2.3, I was given an offer to use Seedance 2.5 through another service, Nexscope, for $0.10/second, including a discount for a new subscription.

Honestly, this was not what I expected from an LTD platform.

If newer models are available, why not integrate them directly into SellerPic?

If the concern is API cost, SellerPic could simply use a dynamic credit system where more expensive models consume more credits. That would make much more sense than removing models and directing LTD customers toward another paid service.

There is also another issue that concerns me: SellerPic appears to have removed its Discord community/server, which was an important place for LTD customers to communicate, provide feedback, and raise concerns.

The timing and lack of communication surrounding this are concerning. From a customer's perspective, removing a public community channel where LTD users can openly discuss issues can give the impression that SellerPic is reducing the visibility of customer complaints rather than addressing them transparently.

If the Discord community was removed for legitimate operational reasons, I would appreciate a clear explanation from SellerPic. But for LTD customers, losing an important channel for communication and feedback is particularly disappointing.

As an AppSumo LTD customer, I don't expect every AI model to remain available forever. I understand that APIs, pricing, and licensing can change. However, I do expect the platform to evolve rather than become less capable over time, and I expect clear communication when significant changes are made.

My main concerns are:

❌ Previously available AI video models have been delisted.
❌ Hailuo 2.3 is listed but doesn't currently work.
❌ Newer AI video models aren't being added fast enough.
❌ Instead of improving the SellerPic platform, support is promoting another subscription service.
❌ The Discord community appears to have been removed, reducing transparency and direct communication with LTD customers.
❌ There doesn't seem to be a clear roadmap for AI model expansion for LTD users.

The potential of SellerPic is still there, but the current direction is concerning.

I hope the team will reconsider how they handle AI model availability and communication with AppSumo LTD customers. I would much rather see SellerPic add newer models with appropriate credit costs, maintain transparent communication, and provide a clear roadmap than continue removing models and reducing the available channels for customer feedback.

Update: 9-1-2026

Update 9/1/2026
Sellerpic now has a sister company called nexscope ai that they are promoting all over their sellerpic website and they are removing models that ltd users had access to, this is now looking like bait and switch

Update 6/9/26
I am having a bad experience with SellerPic right now.

The platform has become extremely slow. One image can take around six minutes to generate, which makes the workflow frustrating and inefficient.

Another issue is resolution access. It seems that the 720p and 1080p resolution options for video are now gone on kling, wan, and hailou when you go to the ai tools link and select image to video. Now, only Seedance 2 is the only one with 720p and 1080p dropdown option. All their other models have no 720p or 1080p dropdown selection. This is important because i used to use sellerpic to do 1080p kling. Now the option is no longer there. That is disappointing because it reduces the quality options available in the plan.

Seedance 2 also does not generate realistic faces properly on SellerPic. If I want to generate images with a realistic model it has to be one of the other model options because sellerpic's version of seedance 2.0 seems to only allow an animated character style, which defeats the purpose. Sellerpic advertised being able to use e-commerce and for that people want to use realistic images especially when it comes to fashion models. I want to be clear that this issues with sellerpic's version of seedance. I have tried other platforms that work fine with realistic faces, so i would recommend they get a different vendor because it does exist, it's their version is this issue. They need the full omni one to allow their users to be able to properly use it for ai realistic models.

I am also disappointed because LTD users were originally told the plan would match subscription access one-to-one. Based on my experience now, it does not feel that way. If I had known the plan would become this limited and difficult to use, I would not have purchased SellerPic.

If these issues are fixed, I may revisit my review. But right now, I am disappointed with the slow generation speed, the issues with their version of seedance, the reduced resolution options, and the difference between what I expected and what I received. Also it feels like they have stopped innovating compared to other companies now.

Something seriously needs to change because I am not satisfied with my experience.

Old Review:

I initially gave SellerPic one star because they had not honored all of the features promised in the lifetime deal. Since then, they have added several of the requested models, so I’ve increased my rating.

That said, I’ll continue to monitor the platform to make sure they keep honoring the LTD terms. I update all of my reviews regularly, and if a platform changes course or stops delivering on what was promised, I revisit my rating.

I do hope SellerPic addresses these issues with their platform.
