I am having a bad experience with SellerPic right now.

The platform has become extremely slow. One image can take around six minutes to generate, which makes the workflow frustrating and inefficient.

The layout has also changed in a way that makes the platform harder to navigate. It feels less user-friendly than before.

Another issue is resolution access. Previously, the models had both 720p and 1080p options. Now, only Seedance 2 is the only one with 720p and 1080p dropdown option. All their other models have no 720p or 1080p dropdown selection. This is important because i used to use sellerpic to do 1080p kling. Now the option is no longer there. That is disappointing because it reduces the quality options available in the plan.

Seedance 2 also does not generate realistic faces properly on SellerPic. If I want to generate images with a realistic model it has to be one of the other model options because sellerpic's version of seedance 2.0 seems to only allow an animated character style, which defeats the purpose. Sellerpic advertised being able to use e-commerce and for that people want to use realistic images especially when it comes to fashion models. I want to be clear that this issues with sellerpic's version of seedance. I have tried other platforms that work fine with realistic faces, so i would recommend they get a different vendor because it does exist, it's their version is this issue. They need the full omni one to allow their users to be able to properly use it for ai realistic models.

I am also disappointed because LTD users were originally told the plan would match subscription access one-to-one. Based on my experience now, it does not feel that way. If I had known the plan would become this limited and difficult to use, I would not have purchased SellerPic.

If these issues are fixed, I may revisit my review. But right now, I am disappointed with the slow generation speed, the harder-to-use layout, the reduced resolution options, and the difference between what I expected and what I received.

Something seriously needs to change because I am not satisfied with my experience.

Old Review:

I initially gave SellerPic one star because they had not honored all of the features promised in the lifetime deal. Since then, they have added several of the requested models, so I’ve increased my rating.

That said, I’ll continue to monitor the platform to make sure they keep honoring the LTD terms. I update all of my reviews regularly, and if a platform changes course or stops delivering on what was promised, I revisit my rating.

I do hope SellerPic continues listening to LTD community members and i am thankful they decided to go down the honorable path finally. The reason I’m not giving five stars is that it should not have taken complaints to get these issues addressed. Also, while we now have most of the models, there are still a few features missing.

I’ve been a supporter of SellerPic for a long time, having invested in their highest AppSumo tier with the expectation that the "Lifetime Deal" (LTD) would honor its promise: full access to the product and all future updates. Instead, this has turned into a textbook case of a "bait-and-switch."

The Hidden Dashboard (Deliberate Exclusion)
The most alarming discovery is that SellerPic has created a "two-tier" reality. Through side-by-side comparisons and screen recordings, our community proved that monthly subscribers have access to a suite of superior, high-performing models that are completely hidden from AppSumo purchasers. While the paid monthly portal features the latest tech, the AppSumo portal is restricted to a handful of inferior, legacy models. They didn't just forget to update us—they intentionally scrubbed the UI to hide the fact that better versions even exist.

The "BYOK" Paywall
When the first major update (VEO3) arrived, the promise of "all updates included" was replaced with a "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) requirement. Rather than providing a credit-based system or a fair bridge for early adopters, they forced us to purchase external API keys to use the features we already paid to access.
Gaslighting and Censorship

When confronted with evidence of these discrepancies, SellerPic’s leadership didn’t offer a solution; they went on the offensive. They blamed the community for "disrupting" their business and, in a final act of bad faith, "nuked" (deleted) their entire Discord server. They wiped years of community history, feedback, and evidence of their promises just to silence the growing number of complaints.

The Verdict
An LTD is a partnership based on trust. SellerPic has broken that trust by:
1. Hiding features behind separate portals to mislead LTD holders.
2. Reneging on "All Updates" by forcing BYOK costs on Tier 3 users.
3. Purging community channels to avoid accountability.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the AppSumo community needs to know: SellerPic is currently prioritizing short-term monthly revenue by cannibalizing the users who supported them early on.

Avoid this developer until they restore the promised models and stop the censorship.

So, I’ve been using SellerPic for several months now, and I can say one thing: WOW.

And not just because it’s an awesome tool with regular updates and improvements, but because SO FAR— and I hope forever—they treat AppSumo users like real customers and not like second-class citizens. Now that’s what I call customer friendliness. The support is incredible; they don’t just respond quickly and competently, but they even follow up several days after a conversation if they have new info on a topic or something similar. That’s been unmatched so far. I have one request for SellerPic: Keep doing exactly this, and you’ll build a loyal, amazing customer base and community. Stay true to us Sumolings, and we’ll rave about this tool everywhere. Don’t shut us out of updates after a while like so many do—involve us in the development. That way, it’s a win-win situation. Honestly, I love SellerPic.

One more note: I don’t have an online store and don’t sell physical products—I’m in the online coaching and education sector—and even here, I have tons of use cases. So it’s definitely worthwhile for anyone who wants to create high-quality content, no matter the industry.

I was very skeptical when I got this tool, but the more I started using it. I am supremely impressed by the quality of the output and ease of use. This has been a blessing in disguise for me.
