Can we buy more credits as needed if we have a lifetime account? if so, how much per credit?

I’ve purchased a Tier 2 account, but after activating my account, I noticed that it only shows 300 credits instead of the expected amount for the Tier 2 plan.

I’ve already emailed support@semdash.com with the subject line 'Missing Credits on Tier 2 Plan Purchased from AppSumo.' In the email, I attached my invoice and provided my account email. Please look into this as soon as possible. Thanks!

I was considered upgrading after watching some extremely complimentary tutorials, however upon brief testing I have a lot of questions.. (the testing was brief because I was out of credits).

What is the source of data? I analyzed one of my domains and I found that data I was able to pull out and cross check was incorrect. Top pages were COMPLETELY incorrect compared to search engine console. Traffic data on top keywords is incorrect - Semdash shows that one of my top keywords ranks in the position 89 and gets 38 clicks (which period? it's not clear at all) when it fact it ranks #77 and gets 0 clicks. Your tool says this kw monthy search volume is 18.1k, ahrefs says it's less than 100.

Also, why I am not able to load results that were previously generated? I am being charged credits repeatedly for it. (25-50 per page load). Thanks.

I would like to purchase this, but I just realised it's only for Plus members. Will it be available for non-plus members soon?
