it only happened once at now, but I didn't use semdas all too much in the past, at Domain Analysis, if I enter a domain www.tattooart-koel.at there is a completely empty result page which never happened before? If I enter the 2nd domain (comple different site but also tattoo) from the same owner, there is a result page like usual. Never had an empty page before and also no entry at Recently Analyzed Domains, why? (I wrote already several times to the support but after 4 weeks no answer!)

A: Hi, we replied to your email about this but just in case you missed it: This domain doesn't rank for anything almost now hence we don't have data to show you for it. it doesn't rank in google for any keywords, almost no traffic, doesn't have any backlinks, etc.
I ran the same domain analysis on another tool: Semrush.com to compare the data and it also shows 0 on everything for the domain...
Q: Credits limit reset date information in profile
There is currently no visible option to check when credits will reset. This creates uncertainty in daily operations and planning. We cannot predict usage or manage limits effectively without a reset date. Is there any plan to add a feature that clearly shows the reset date so users can manage usage and plan work more effectively

I wrote to the support more than a week ago as well and have not received an answer. Seems like this is going to get refunded a lot. Which would be sad because the app has potential but many appsumo deals keep missing the support part.
