Hi, can you tell me what constitutes using one credit?
Also in your FAQ's you said this: "Currently, there is no information available on the dashboard regarding credit reset times." [end quote]
But how can we know how credits we have left without having to contact support. This is not practical. Imagine I use up my credits and dont realise and then won't I incure a bill to pay?
Hey, I sent an email a couple of days ago about stacking two Tier 5 plans. I’ve already purchased the second one, but I haven’t received a response to my email yet. I might need this resolved fairly urgently because I’ll be using a lot of credits soon. Could you please help me with this? Thanks!

Q: Why not have a cached version of everything we do?
Let's say we run multiple reports for a specific domain or keyword - why not cache this data or store it so that when I want to check the data for that domain or keyword again it gives me the option to show the already analyzed and gathered data or fresh data and then only the fresh data will deduct credits?

A: I already applied caching for almost all the tools. Where do you see it’s not cached?
I see that there is a search console integration but I also see that we can only connect one search console at a time which is not so great for agencies like us.
Is there a way to add//connect multiple search consoles in semdash and if yes, how? And if it is not possible, is that something that can be added to roadmap and implemented fairly quickly?
