Not Happy - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE- ZERO RESPONSE TO E_MAILS

I am about to cancel my $10 and my level 5 status. I have written SendFox 3 times and have not heard back from them at all. Nothing. I have not been able to access all my lists that I have uploaded. They have restricted almost all access with zero reasons. All it says is e-mail them and provides their e-mail”. I have written and have let me hanging. I do not appreciate this. When I found out that App Sumo owned it I went in and bout the highest level because I believe in App Sumo. I even bought tidy cal and breeze. This is not good business. Period.

SendFox has been a complete headache from day one.

The platform is unreliable – connections randomly break, data disappears, and now I keep getting a 403 error page that locks me out and makes the whole tool unusable. On top of that, emails either don’t send, never arrive, or go straight to spam even with verified domains. If you rely on email for marketing, that’s a dealbreaker.

The automation is also badly designed. If you change or add emails in a sequence, existing subscribers never see the updates – only new ones do. So if you make a typo or want to improve your funnel, you’re stuck unless you rebuild everything.

Support is basically missing in action. Lifetime upgrades not applied, complaints ignored, no real help, no responsibility. It genuinely feels like they’re testing a half-baked product on paying users.

Bottom line: constant 403 errors, broken automations, poor deliverability, and no support. Even if it’s cheap, it’s not worth risking your time, campaigns, or reputation. Avoid it.

Not reliable

Randomly deleted my app sumo connection and some of my account information. The headache isn't worth the cost.

Basic and works, but automation is dumb

Nice, simple to use email marketing, but the automation - the main reason I got it - is really dumb and won't let you change things for existing subscribers in the automation.

When creating an automation, you can create an email sequence (hooray!), but if you want to change or add emails to it after a subscriber is already subscribed to it, *they will not receive the updates or additions*. Only NEW subs will see the updated automation.

In a nutshell: Every single email has to be PERFECT when you set it up. You can't mess anything up at all and must have all your ducks in a row because there is zero room for error. New subscribers will see your most up to date automation. Current subscribers will see all your mistakes and will never, ever see any additional email you add to it.

Bottom line, if you know you won't misspell anything or accidentally miss any content when you set up your automation, and you feel 100% confident that you'll never, ever need to add anything to the automation ever again, and you're a person who can predict everything you'll ever need in that automation, then you'll probably do great! It works flawlessly, pretty much, in that respect.

Otherwise, for those of us who would prefer the automation worked like almost every other email marketing app, I've decided to just stick with broadcasts.
