SendFox - Plus exclusive Reviews

I got Tier 1 specifically to try the API integration. While the interface is clean, the API itself is far too restrictive for a complete setup. It currently lacks the hooks needed for basic transactional triggers like password resets, which makes it hard to use as a primary tool. I’d love to see the API expanded to handle these use cases; once that’s implemented, this would easily be a Max Tier product for me.

I was very happy for a long time. But now I must say... it's getting worse.
Forget about asking support for any help.

After years of using expensive ESP I decided in 2026 to invest in more LTD tools, I really like Send Fox and like the automation features and smart pages. I do wish they can add content boxes for more functionality so I have to share more content and my digital products. I also have the Empire plan and I also use a pop up form that integrates with Send Fox. Check out my latest email using Send Fox

I really appreciate the updates I received from The SendFox Team!
I really like how it grades the subject line when creating an email.
I really like the updates when logging in.
I use Convert Box with SendFox and I have complaints.

I ran a test on mail-tester.com on an otherwise PERFECT domain!

here's the problem:

-1.999 URI_TRY_3LD "Try it" URI, suspicious hostname

meaning; whenever you have a LINK in your emails, it uses a 'sendfox . com. ' link which HURTS your score;

other than that, its fantastic!

SendFox has gone seriously downhill. It used to be a genuinely great, simple email tool — exactly what I needed — but lately it feels completely broken.

I’m constantly running into 403 errors, and on top of that emails aren’t being sent, double opt-in confirmations don’t go out, and basic functionality is unreliable. The worst part: there’s essentially no support. I can’t get a meaningful response, and when I do try to reach out, it’s either silence or dead ends.

I’ve paid monthly for this, so I expected at least the fundamentals to work — and some real customer support when they don’t. Something has clearly gone wrong behind the scenes, because right now it’s borderline unusable.
