Q: Am I being dumb

so Ive bought this, just got round to activating it and cannot see how to upgrade my LTD, it seems to want me to pay monthly, im confused, a lifetime deal that you pay monthly for, am I being dumb?

Since the update what use to be so simple took much longer in the new email editor. Now I have to make a serious decision, because I am near the 5k contacts limit. This is so disheartening that they took away other tiers. I was planning to upgrade to tier 3. Another lost opportunity. I have to find another email marketing tool or just invest in Systeme.io which have an unlimited plan.
Hello SendFox Support Team, I currently have a Lifetime Tier 5 account, which gives me an allowance of 26,000 contacts and 999,999 monthly sends. I am interested in upgrading to access the Pro features mentioned in the dashboard (whitelabeling, VIP sending, and optional single opt-in). However, I noticed that the lower Pro tiers (like Pro 1, 2, or 3) have contact and send limits that are lower than my current Lifetime limits. Could you please clarify how the Pro upgrade works for an account with my current limits? If I subscribe to a lower Pro plan just for the features, will it overwrite and reduce my current Lifetime limits, or do they stack? What is the correct way or plan to upgrade so I can keep my 26,000 contacts and 1M sends while unlocking the premium Pro features? Thank you for your time and assistance.
Got the top tier - and after receiving a mail with new updates, I was about to start using it .. - But reading both reviews & Q's here very alarming issues - on AppSumo Sendfox's "own origin / website" - With no communication or qualitative answers, it seems that start using SendFox would be a huge risk :-/ If anyoone at AppSumo or SendFox reed this page - please do a solid update w a strong addressing all the issues an also do a clear roadmap w. features + updates / issues resolved - You have had plenty of good "roadmap app deals here"... :-/ Henrik
