A: Not dumb at all! This trips up a lot of people, so let me clear it up.

Your lifetime deal is exactly that: a one-time purchase. You never pay monthly for it, and it doesn't expire — what you bought is yours to keep and use as-is, at no recurring cost.

The monthly pricing you're seeing isn't a charge for your lifetime deal. It's a separate, optional upgrade — our monthly (Pro) plan — for people who want more than the lifetime deal includes, like higher contact/send limits or premium features (whitelabeling, VIP sending, and so on). It's completely optional.

So, to put your mind at ease:
- If you're happy with what your LTD gives you → you don't need to pay anything monthly. Just use your account as-is.
- If you want to go beyond your LTD's limits or features → the way to do that now is the monthly plan (there isn't a separate one-time "upgrade your lifetime tier" option anymore).

One more thing worth knowing: we updated our plans and pricing recently, so the current options are best confirmed on the pricing page.
