I have an older LTD that I got years ago, and I've been getting emails and notifications saying I am reaching my lifetime send cap and I need to subscribe or lose my ability to send emails. There was not supposed to be a lifetime send cap on the older LTD from years ago, so why is this being enforced now? Was this a mistake or are people who purchased the old LTD now being forced to subscribe since the uncapped lifetime send is being taken away?

I've already emailed support and have not gotten a response despite several follow ups with screenshots.
