A: Hello, thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the delay in getting back to you here! It's the second option: 300,000 is one total for the whole account, across all your subscribers and all your emails combined. With 5,000 subscribers, that's 60 emails to your full list.

Every email sent to one contact counts as one send, newsletters and automation emails alike, and the pool never resets. SendFox emails you when you've used 90% of it and again when it's used up, and Settings → Plan & billing always shows how much is left.

On the 300,001st email: it won't go out on the lifetime plan alone. Once the pool reaches zero, campaigns stop sending, and a campaign that would take you past the limit goes out to as many contacts as your remaining sends cover and then stops. To keep sending, you add a monthly Pro plan, which comes with a sending allowance that refreshes every month. Your contacts, lists and past emails aren't touched.

As for why there's a limit at all: every email SendFox sends has a real delivery cost for us, and a one-time purchase can only cover a set amount of it. So the lifetime deal comes with a fixed pool of 300,000 sends, and the monthly Pro plans are for ongoing sending beyond that. How far 300,000 goes depends on your list size and how often you email. A smaller list or a less frequent schedule stretches it a long way.
