Even considering delay because of holliday - I cannot wait so long for solution.
I know you creators will see this message here.
I thought that I have a problem with a new list/confirmation/automation but it happened, that I notice, that SINCE MAY NO AUTOMATION IS BEING TRIGGERED AND DELIVERED TO MY NEW SUBSCRIBERS!!!!!
I got some feedback from some of my subscribers and started researching. It now looks like Sendfox is not working at all now.
Please help me!!!!

To investigate right away, we need to look at your specific account. Please email [email protected] with the subject "Automations not triggering — URGENT" and include:
- The email address on your SendFox account
- The name of the affected automation(s) and the list it's connected to
- Roughly when you first noticed it (you mentioned May)
With that, we can trace exactly why new subscribers stopped entering your automation and get it working again. We'll treat this as a priority — I know how much it matters when it's affecting your own subscribers.
