Does 300,000 Lifetime email sends mean:
- I can send up to a total of 300,000 email to EACH of the 5000 subscribers in my list?
Or
- Does it mean I can ONLY send 300,000 / 5000 = 60 emails to each of my 5000 subscribers before I hit the LIFETIME limit?
What happens when I reach that limit - which would be quite fast if it's the latter option.

Sep 22, 2026A: Hello, thanks for reaching out! It's the second option: 300,000 is the total number of emails your account can send over its lifetime, across all your subscribers and all your emails combined. With 5,000 subscribers, that's 60 emails to your full list.
Every email sent to one contact counts as one send, whether it's a newsletter or an automation email, so one newsletter to 5,000 subscribers uses 5,000 sends. The pool never resets. It's a one-time total that lasts until you use it up, so a smaller list stretches it further: at 1,000 subscribers, the same 300,000 covers 300 full-list emails.
SendFox emails you when you've used 90% of the pool and again when it's used up, and you can see how much is left anytime under Settings → Plan & billing. Once the pool reaches zero, your campaigns stop sending until you add a monthly Pro plan, which comes with a sending allowance that refreshes every month. Your contacts, lists and past emails stay exactly as they are.
One more thing worth knowing: the lifetime deal is one per account, so you can't stack a second code to add more sends. The monthly Pro plan is how you keep sending past 300,000.
