Thanks for the questions! Sure, you can import you own leads in two ways - firstly just by uploading a CSV in the dashboard, or alternatively you can spin up Sendr pages via our API per contact (API is available in our Tier 3 / 4 on our Appsumo).
You can populate as many personalised variables for the page and video as you like, you just create the variables in the page template...
I was not able to find how much additional credits will cost for AppSumo LTD buyers and how you sell them. Can you describe this?
- what is the cost? You say "40% off" but if we don't know 40% off of what, we still don't know anything - are there fixed amounts to "top up" or it's possible to buy any amount? - do add-on/top-up credits expire? - anything else we should know?

I just bought T4 and seeing you can't buy bulk lip sync credits, you have to upgrade to their monthly subscription, lowest option is 500 per month and with 40% discount is $41 per month. Considering it comes with one-time use credits, there should be an option to buy more one-time use credits, not be stuck opting into a subscription, especially on T4.
Monthly add-ons can be cancelled after purchase before the next cycle renews, so effectively you are still bulk buying ready for the campaign you are preparing Smolutions

I feel a much better solution would be to allow us to buy a Prepaid Package of number of videos & let it not expire. This will prevent from frequent sign up for monthly add on , cancelling, pausing etc. It will also spoil your Active User & churn Metrics in the current shape .

Also, I'm looking to use this for up-selling to existing customers, so I have their name already and in little need of scraping anything. Having a hard time understanding the workflow. What I want is to send a lip-synced video to each customer when they book with me, welcome them on board, and try to upsell our other products. Do you think this is a supported scenario?
