Si pudiera, lo descambiaría.

Es un ranktracker que casi nunca funciona bien del todo. Lleva más de 10 días dando errores, sin funcionar en mis proyectos.

Han quitado hasta el botón de soporte. Nunca dan soluciones.

Si no pueden dar soporte lifetime, que no lo vendan así.

This product worked adequately until this year. For the past 6+ months my keyword checks which are supposed to update every 24 hours have been updating every 2-5 days instead. Every time I report the issue, which is almost constant, they send me the same copy-paste message claiming it's a temporary outage and they're working on it, but if that were true it would be resolved by now. If their non-LTD customers were having this issue they would all cancel, so I suspect they are intentionally reducing service to LTD holders to save money. I've tried to communicate openly with support but they refuse to interact in any way other than sending dishonest copy-paste messages and insisting that I'm imagining the severity of the issue.

TLDR: This product was adequate at one point, but it no longer works and is one of the most disappointing LTDs that I purchased and didn't refund.

I've stopped using this tool because it takes ages to see some results. It's so frustrating slow to the point it's pretty much unusable. Got a gigabit connection, so it's not on my end. Even had a talk with some of their representatives promising to get back to me but never heard from them again.

Easy to start a new campaign and monitor/edit.

Couple of small annoyances like a popup bar that keeps asking to rate the app and UI stuff.

Overall great value.

I bought a few codes and have been using SerpWatch for several months. It's easy to set up, works well, and I love the daily automated emails so I don't have to login to the dashboard all the time.
