A: Thank you for your interest. To build a Blog and a Directory, you can absolutely do this by creating two separate websites using two templates: one Directory template and one Blog template.

Q: Tier 1 Error or User Error or Where is the Staging/Dev Version?
We like what you offered, bought, setup 1st site on our custom domain. Then went to setup on your published website option, but gave us an error "You have reached the limit of your service plan"
Confused, as we had planned to put the 1 site on our custom domain, and then the published one (on your sub-domain) as our dev/staging version. This allows us to work on the design and content, before...

A: If you purchase Tier 1, you only get 1 website and 1 custom domain. If you want to have more websites, you can upgrade to Tier 2 or higher.
Perhaps there has been a misunderstanding. One domain you own corresponds to one website you have created, which means you currently have only one website in total. If you encounter any issues while creating it, please contact us via the support chat.
Q: Using Sheetany JSON/API as Backend for Custom Website and High Traffic Support
Hi Sheetany Support, I want to use Sheetany purely as a backend for my Google Sheet — I plan to fetch the data via your JSON/API link and display it on my own website using my own HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Is this fully supported with Tier 1 (or Tier 3) so that I can completely bypass Sheetany templates?
Can this setup safely handle high traffic from thousands of visitors, or are there any...

A: Thank you for your interest. At the moment, we only support creating websites via our API and receiving webhooks for data changes. We do not currently support fetching data through a JSON API.
Is it possible to integrate the podcast and e-com theme so that I can sell podcast series (sort of like Spotify/Netflix) and charge a pay-per-podcast-show or a subscription (access to all podcasts)?

This is exactly the problem, I did NOT get my 1 website as I only got the 1 domain live.
Please check my account and fix this as just like you say I want my 1 website and 1 domain.
