Q: Mixed platforms, domains and recurring campaigns?
Hi Signitic team, I’m considering Tier 3 or 4.
Before buying, I need to check how Signitic handles mixed platforms/brands. Please advise, especially Q3, as it’s a pain point:
1. Can one AppSumo tier manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Roundcube/webmail users across multiple brands/domains in one workspace? Or does each platform/tenant/workspace/domain need a separate tier/deal? Is it...

1. Multi-Tenant & Domain Management Yes, it is platform and domain agnostic within your license count. You can connect as many different tenants and domains as you need to a single Signitic account. The only boundary you need to manage is your total available license count across the entire account.
2. Roundcube / Webmail Support & Licensing We don't have native integration with...
I use a different email signature tool, and it's fine. Signitic seems to offer much more flexibility. However, I wish it had a feature for seasonal marketing campaigns.
It would be great if you could set campaigns to repeat annually or multiple times. For example, we run a specific campaign each year from January to March, and it would be helpful if Signitic could do this. Is it possible?

Thanks for your question! Signitic campaigns can be both timed (set to run during a specific period) and scheduled (set live in advance). You can definitely use these features to achieve your goals.

Thanks, but my question is whether there is a recurring feature for campaigns. I understand I can schedule the same seasonal campaign multiple times (as I can do now). I am simply trying to ask if there is an ability to have a campaign on repeat without having to manually set it up or duplicate it time and time again. It's all about minimising steps.
i did and still didnt get a clear answer, they said to add from the dashboard after 200, so does that mean i cannot stack more than 200 in this deal ? or get the same rate at least
Is there a way to split the 200 lisences across a hand full of smaller clients or workspaces?

Hi, I only have Zoho Mail and not Zoho CRM. I have been trying to import users from Zoho Mail after integration, but it appears that the users are not being imported. If that's the case, it's okay. I can add the users manually.
However, I would like to know: once I add the users, their emails, and their information, can I integrate them from Signitic to Zoho Mail in an automated way? So that every time I change a banner it will update all user emails?

There is no recuring feature. You can only pre-schedule. :)
