Hi, can we keep some files in our portal before sending to anyone, and send them as needed without having to access our private servers, in other words, like having them stored like dropbox and then sending them when and as needed, if yes for how long would be stored in your server as long as there is space? thanks

To be completely transparent: Sinosend is a managed file transfer solution, not a cloud storage replacement like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive. Right now, we don’t feature a static "drive" or persistent storage bucket where you can park files indefinitely and pick from them later. Our platform is strictly optimized for active logistics—meaning you upload files to send them directly to a recipient or create an active Request Portal for someone to send files to you.
Files are stored 60 days after your set expiry date. You can continue to extend the expiry indefinitely If the files are expired more then 60 days, we assume you do not need them and they will be removed.
