SiteBehaviour currently tracks all sessions anonymously, there’s no identify feature yet. What you’re describing is more like product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) that tie sessions to user profiles. We’re planning to add something similar next year.

Since you mention a 24-hour response guarantee, could you please check and let me know when I can expect a reply? Why promote a guarantee if it’s not being honored? ! day , 2 days, 4 days...no response.
