Q: Feedback feature

Is (or will) it be possible to deactivate the first part of the feedback, the rating experience, so that only a text feedback can be left? Also, can the placeholder text in the text field be changed, especially the language?

Q: Hiden user details

Hello.

What I can do to see user details , for example when he create the profile on my platform. I have many doing span and can't see exactly there details name email. I agree with GDPR but his shold be someting I can pun On or Off

SiteBehaviour currently tracks all sessions anonymously, there’s no identify feature yet. What you’re describing is more like product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) that tie sessions to user profiles. We’re planning to add something similar next year.
