For the past years Cpanel pricing kept going up and up, old customers were surprised with substantial price hikes. I hope our LTD to SiteJet will never be touched. I'm happy for you but I like certainty as well, I bought the $699 plan (which was a considerable invesment).

I feel the same concern. The service has promise, but lack of integrations and the templates are unusable so I'm refunding. It sounds like Plesk is going to go up against Wix and Square Space. I hope the acquisition provides them with more resources and I wish them well.

Similar concerns. Thankfully you have the right to object to your contract being transferred to WebPros (until 31st October,buried toward the end of the email...) I am also very happy for them, but am not going to risk my investment in this LTD. If there was a bit more clarity, transparency I might be reassured, but as things stand I won't take that risk.
