Q: Is there any way to get discounted credits via skaler.app portal while refilling the credits ?
I want to refill my credits but if there is a way to get coupon and put it in the app to renew credits via main web app itself, that would be of great help.
Q: Any plans for longer video ads (currently max 12s)? Workarounds for longer ads?
Are there plans to increase video ad length beyond 12 seconds, which is currently insufficient? If not, is there a workaround, such as creating and joining multiple continuous clips?

A: Hey 👋 Yes — longer videos are something we’re actively working on. It’s a bit more complex on our side (involves chaining multiple generations + keeping consistency), so we don’t want to promise a timeline just yet. For now, the best workaround is to generate multiple short clips (up to 12s) and stitch them together using a video editing tool.
Hey, most of my ad swiping is from phone, can I take a screenshot and upload it directly from a smartphone for later reference :)?

A: Hey Herman, you can definitely upload any image/video ad from your smartphone to your Skaler boards (just log in and upload it from https://skaler.app/app/ad-library). Btw, on which platforms are you taking screenshots of ads on your smartphone?
