Yes, we are building image pushes between Google Sheets (from URL) to Google Slides in our next iterations and it will be possible to add them to frames / masks in your Google Presentations or Powerpoints.

We have deployed the ability to change pictures/images at scale from a URL. This includes keeping the frames/masks.
