I understand "1 user = 1 managed inbox", so I would get a higher tier to manage each of my email addresses. My question is: if I set an OoO time/date(s) is there a way to link all my invoices to one account so that the OoO is set for each of my times simultaneously?
I.e. if i am Founder of Company A, VP of Strategy in Company B, VP of Brand in Company C, Fractional CIO in Company D and have two personal inboxes, can I set all of those simultaneously or select multiple with one OoO setting or do I have to do each inbox individually?
It looks like you're juggling quite a few roles, so Snoooz could be a useful tool for sending automated replies.
Regarding your question, you can add all the mailboxes as separate users, and then set Out of Office (OOO) for each of them from the user management screen. While you'll need to configure it for each account individually, you can do this as an admin without having to log in...
The integration with Monday.com is not currently on our roadmap, but we’d love to hear your ideas! Please feel free to submit a request here: https://snoooz.featurebase.app/
Our team will review it for possible inclusion in a future release. We’d also appreciate it if you could share what the integration might look like and what you'd hope to achieve with it.
Snoooz is not designed for sending cold emails—it focuses on drafts and auto-replies. You can customize responses based on various factors such as the email sender, domain, sentiment, language, category, subject, and content. Additionally, Snoooz can categorize your emails and CC others on the response.
Q: Google/Microsoft Account needed for Registration?
You mentioned "You must have a Google or Microsoft account to utilize Snoooz", but also, that Thundbird will work. Addional you say, that you are working on SMTP. I will not use my Google/Microsoft Account for Snoooze. We use our own SMTP Server and Thunderbird as Client. Is the Google or Microsoft Account needed for REGISTRATION? How long will it take that Snoooze can use SMTP + Thunderbird? If you promise that SMTP + Thunderbird will work in 3 months, I will buy.
Currently, a Google or Microsoft account is required for registration with Snoooz. This is because our app is deeply integrated with those ecosystems, allowing seamless connection to Gmail or Outlook email accounts based on the account you use to sign up.
However, we understand the need for flexibility, and we're actively working on SMTP integration....
I am excited to announce that Snoooz now supports SMTP and IMAP protocols, giving you the option to connect your private mailboxes.
This feature is currently in Beta, so you'll still need to log in with an existing Google or Outlook account first. After logging in, simply go to the Integrations tab, select the SMTP/IMAP option, and enter your mailbox credentials.
Q: Respond to a Reply email?
Interesting product. Works well. I have tier 1, and have a few questions before I upgrade.
Is the program able to respond to a reply email? The AI generated response works good when responding to an initial email, but it does not respond when I reply to that email. Is this function available, or are there any plans for this feature in the near future?
I see mention of a future knowledgebase. Do you have an ETA on that?
A: Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad to hear you're finding the product useful. Currently, Snoooz is designed to respond to the initial email in a thread, primarily to inform the sender that you are out of office. However, we are considering adding a feature that allows for follow-up replies in the future. If you'd like to share how this feature could work best for you, please feel free to...

Q: Is this only for auto replies?
Hi, does this do cold emails as well or is it just auto replies? How custom are the messaging features?
