Q: Google/Microsoft Account needed for Registration?

You mentioned "You must have a Google or Microsoft account to utilize Snoooz", but also, that Thundbird will work. Addional you say, that you are working on SMTP.
I will not use my Google/Microsoft Account for Snoooze. We use our own SMTP Server and Thunderbird as Client.
Is the Google or Microsoft Account needed for REGISTRATION?
How long will it take that Snoooze can use SMTP + Thunderbird?
If you promise that SMTP + Thunderbird will work in 3 months, I will buy.

A: Hi Bernd,

Thank you for your questions!

Currently, a Google or Microsoft account is required for registration with Snoooz. This is because our app is deeply integrated with those ecosystems, allowing seamless connection to Gmail or Outlook email accounts based on the account you use to sign up.

However, we understand the need for flexibility, and we're actively working on SMTP integration....

Q: Respond to a Reply email?

Interesting product. Works well. I have tier 1, and have a few questions before I upgrade.

Is the program able to respond to a reply email? The AI generated response works good when responding to an initial email, but it does not respond when I reply to that email. Is this function available, or are there any plans for this feature in the near future?

I see mention of a future knowledgebase. Do you have an ETA on that?

A: Thank you for your feedback! I'm glad to hear you're finding the product useful. Currently, Snoooz is designed to respond to the initial email in a thread, primarily to inform the sender that you are out of office. However, we are considering adding a feature that allows for follow-up replies in the future. If you'd like to share how this feature could work best for you, please feel free to...

A: Hi Marian,

Currently, we integrate with Gmail and Outlook. However, due to increasing demand from our users, we are actively working on adding SMTP support. If Thunderbird uses SMTP, our solution should be compatible with it as well. I’ll be able to provide you with a more detailed update in 2-3 weeks once we complete the design phase for SMTP.

Best regards,
Victoria

A: Hi Ben,

Thanks for following up!

While our current deal offers Snoooz as an OOO assistant, we're actively expanding its AI capabilities to serve as a daily email assistant, as per feedback from Appsumo community. Early next month, we’re launching a feature that will allow you to train the AI with custom prompts, PDFs, FAQs, and even data from helpdesk tools like Intercom. This will help...

Q: Hi!

The highest tier is 12500 emails sent per month. Most of us probably receive way more than 12500 emails per month, but only a small fraction need to be responded to. Is Snoooz good about only sending emails to the few relevant emails that need to be responded to quickly? Also, I don't want Snoooz starting conversations with sales outreach emails to me that didn't make it to my spam folder...

A: Hi Gourmet,

If you use personalized templates to respond, the 12,500 email limit won’t apply. The limit only applies when our AI model is used to draft or send responses.

As for your second question, Snoooz allows you to set rules for which types of emails to respond to and which to ignore. We can detect sales and promotional emails, and you can configure Snoooz to avoid responding to those...
