- Hello, The website https://snoooz.ai/email-automation advertises that one can work with “Smart Rules.” But not a single (?) example shown seems to use AI. Apparently, we can’t train the AI using the emails either. For example, we already have 5 project folders in our inbox. Now, we don’t want to create a “Smart Rule” that moves an email to the “Project A” folder if the email body contains the term “Project A” anywhere - we can do that in Outlook too 😉 Instead: We’d like to train snoooz.ai as follows: “Analyze all emails in the ‘Project A’ folder so we can create a rule that will, with a high degree of probability, automatically moves new emails related to Project A in the correct folder.” Is that possible? - Can I connect Snooz to my CRM through an API integration? My CRM is Heffl, which I purchased from AppSumo. Heffl provides a - public API - and webhooks, so I want to know if Snooz can connect with it. What I’m trying to do is have Snooz pull or sync the full sales and job history from my CRM, including details such as: Quote submitted Quote accepted Sales history Job 1 date Job 2 date WooCommerce orders Future job dates Customer/job status updates Other important CRM activity and timeline information Is this possible through Snooz using API/webhooks, or would this require a custom integration?
- Hi Victoria, I asked if this email automation app integrates with another app I purchased here called EmailIt a few days ago but I got no response at all. Hence, I am unable to get this deal. Will you please answer this question? Thanks, Lee :)
