TetanicRaptorQ: Are Non-Sumo LTD users restricted by Sumo deal terms?
I purchased your LTD directly from your platform back when you offered them. Since then many new features have been released that haven't reached my account but are made available to Sumo account holders. I just so happen to be an active sumo-ling, so I'm aware of how many campaigns you've run here. Overall, the years the product seems great but I'm concerned with this approach of limiting your early adopters, who have purchased directly from you, and pitching new features to sumo-ling behind Tier walls. Do you plan to to continue this trend of 3rd classing your early adopters (1st - Subs, 2nd - Sumo, 3rd - LTDs direct through you) or will you be adding more for early adopters. You've been really kind and your customer service is great, this one thing is my only real concern. Would love train my agent and make it more useful.

Thanks for your feedback, and for being an early adopter. We appreciate it.
Our plans and tiers were changed when we launched on Appsumo last October as they were created in consultation with Appsumo. Can you confirm which deal you bought, perhaps you can email me at [email protected] and we can review your deal.
You should get all the features that were advertised to you at the time of purchase, and any additional features that were added to your tier / plan since then. If you can reach out to me I can clarify.
We can also switch you to the sumo plan if you are interested.
