Hey there, my primary use case would be to monitor, organize, draft and auto send responses from my cold outbound email, instantly (primarily in response to inbound messages from interested people). Currently, instantly makes it impossible to see drafted or sent emails sent outside the platform. I’m sure this isn’t the use case snoooz was intended for but the rules/responses created have been so good it has made me want to run them together. No other email inbox managers have this feature and could be a great differentiator - something snoooz would be open to?

Jun 8, 2026A: Hello, great news — this is actually a use case we already support! While I haven't personally tested it with Instantly, we do have users running this exact workflow with cold outbound campaigns with SmartLead and other tools.
The setup is straightforward: they configure a master inbox (reply-to address) where all replies land, connect that mailbox to Snoooz, then set rules to auto-categorize replies — OOO, undeliverable, not interested, interested, etc. From there, Snoooz can be set to auto-draft or send replies only for those who are Interested...

Yes absolutely that will work. I'm a tier 6 member -- currently have a team setting up my sending on instantly -- after that is complete, could i speak with a member at snoooz to configure it all?
