Q: Italian language, follow-up and levels
Hi, I wanted to ask if the interface is available in Italian. If not, can it be added and how long it would take? Also, can you remind me that I haven't responded in a certain number of days? Can you send a follow-up after a certain number of days without a reply?
I was undecided between levels 4 and 5. I don't need level 6. It's a shame that if e-commerce were included in level 5, I would have been more convinced.

The web app is currently in English, but we have plans to translate it in coming weeks. Currently you can use the browser auto-translate feature.
We do have an outlook add-in which is already available in Italian language.
The AI can draft and reply in Italian without any issues.
Regarding follow ups, it can be set to follow up after every specific days, with randomization options, and it auto-stops when a reply is received from user. See below screenshot:

Regarding ecommerce, which integration are you looking for? Shopify, Woocommerce, or other?
